The mandate of the liturgy department

Our vision is to be a wholesomely transforming school. This vision can only be actualized if the spiritual and moral fabric of our learners is nurtured. This is the mandate of the liturgy department.

Faith plays a fundamental role in shaping the moral compass, discipline and overall character of students. We therefore acknowledge the importance of spiritual development alongside academic excellence, ensuring that our students grow into responsible and value-driven individuals.

Our core values in action

1. Fear of God. A reverence for God is cultivated through our Sunday and Wednesday fellowships where scripture is studied, helping students develop a solid spiritual foundation.

2. Humility. Faith in God teaches humility, reminding students that true leadership comes from service and selflessness just as Christ demonstrated.

3. Discipline. A Christ-centred education environment fosters self-responsibility, shaping students into individuals who are committed to ethical and disciplined living.

4. Dignity. Faith teaches intrinsic worth of every individual, promoting an environment of respect, inclusivity and mutual support within the school community.

5. Excellence. Christ-centred education encourages students to strive for excellence in all areas, ensuring that their talents and knowledge are used for the greater good.

All our programs are tailored to bring out an actualisation of these values and our mission.
